We are excited to provide housing to Neighboring Institutions on campus at Cleveland State!

If you are a student at an institution other than Cleveland State, but are looking to live in Downtown Cleveland, 91̽»¨ has great options for you! Our on-campus apartments come fully furnished, all utilities included, and close to downtown.  

1. Complete the Neighboring Institution Student Housing Request Form. Click here to complete the Neighboring Institution Student Housing Request Form. 

2. Complete the 91̽»¨ Personal Data Worksheet to become a 91̽»¨ Affiliate- this gets you a 91̽»¨ ID, email address, and access to a student account and services.  

3. Once we receive your 91̽»¨ Student Information, you will get access to the Housing Self Service Portal. Complete the Neighboring Institution Housing Contract (on the Housing Self-Service Portal) - you will hear from us when this step is ready for you to complete 

4. Submit/Pay $200 Housing Deposit as a part of the Housing Contract 

5. Complete/Submit the Immunization Form (on Housing Self Service Portal) 

6. All documents and questions should be emailed to reslife@csuohio.edu (Attention: Neighboring Institution Housing) 

This document is a supplement to the Housing Contract and is a requirement for Neighboring Institution Housing. This document must be submitted with the Personal Data Worksheet along with all other required documents and payments.  

Summer 2025 Housing Options and Rates- Students can move in starting May 16, 2025.  

Fall 2025-2026 Housing Options and Rates- Students can move in starting August 21, 2025.
