All-in-1 is a one stop student services center that can assist you with any questions regarding your admission, academic record, financial aid, registration, and student account. We also provide referral services to other student support offices as needed.

Our mission is to provide a centralized location where the University community is effectively and efficiently served, resolve issues in support of educational goals, and empower students to manage their academic life.

Online Tools For Your Academic Success

As you begin your journey of academic success, we want to empower you with the tools that you need to complete the next steps in anticipation for the beginning of the fall semester.

Due to the high volume of calls and emails the Allin1 office receives at this time, we anticipate wait times will be longer than normal.  We encourage you to be proactive electronically in the following ways, which will lessen your wait time and allow you to receive answers to your own questions:

Admission

  • If you want to know the status of your Application, you can log back in to the to check your own admission status.

Registration & Course Selection

  • If you need to meet with an Academic Advisor for course selection鈥攁ll of the advising offices will offer appointments via Zoom鈥攁nd the zoom link meeting ID is usually posted on each respective advising office鈥檚 website.  Advising appointment may also be made via your Starfish account in CampusNet.
  • If you cannot register due to a 鈥淗old鈥 on your account鈥攃lick on the 鈥淗ome鈥 screen under your Personal Data Tab in CampusNet and Check Your Own Holds鈥 the description of the Hold will tell you exactly what you need to do or the office you need to call to have the hold released.

Financial Aid & Student Account

  • Financial Aid disburses bi-weekly every Tuesday for Loans; and Wednesdays for Grants & Scholarships
  • To ensure your financial aid disburses, check the following:
    • Your 鈥沦耻尘尘补谤测鈥 screen should have all green check marks to ensure the disbursement of your aid.
    • Your  鈥淎飞补谤诲蝉鈥 screen should have "Yes" to the Cash Management Authorization and all of your awards should be "Accepted"
    • Your "Documents" screen should have all items "Received," "Completed," or "Approved"
  • If you are trying to figure out how much you owe or your refund amount鈥攜ou can login to CampusNet and toggle back and forth between your 鈥淰iew Account鈥 screen under the Account Tab and 鈥淎飞补谤诲蝉鈥 screen under the Financial Tab (select the 鈥淰iew your 2024-2025 Award by Semester" Button) to make that determination.
  • If you have set up Direct Deposit鈥攔efunds are released weekly every Wednesday; Direct Deposit takes up to 24-28 hours to reflect in your bank account; those who select the paper check option鈥攊t can take up to 5-7 days for you to receive your check in the mail.

Residence Life & Housing, Dining and Health Insurance

  • If you have Residence Life or Housing questions, you can log back in to the Residence Life and Housing self-service portal to conduct transactions; you may also call or email them at 216.687.5196 or reslife@csuohio.edu
  • Students who are International, living in the resident hall or who are a declared health-related major are required by the state of Ohio to have health insurance and must show proof prior to each semester that you still have health insurance.  Because we have an employer-based health care system in the United States and students could lose healthcare at any given time, if you meet any of the aforementioned criteria you will be charged health insurance each semester and you must complete the online health insurance waiver to show proof that you do have insurance to get the insurance waived off your account.  Every semester you must opt-out of the student charged health insurance. Once you complete the waiver, the credit is not applied immediately but takes 3 to 5 days to process through. Make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled on your internet settings in your browser, or you will not be able to submit the waiver.

General Navigation and Accessing the Office you Need

Navigating the University is easier than you think:

  • If you want to just be transferred to another office on campus鈥攜ou can go to the home page of 91探花 and click the Three Horizontal Lines Button in the upper right-hand corner -- and then choose the A 鈥 Z Index option to access any department on campus and view their contact information.
  • You may also click the Person Icon button in the upper right-hand corner on the home page to Cleveland State and access the online Campus Directory to look up any department, office, or personnel on-campus.
