We’re excited to invite you to be part of VikesFEST!—a student-centered event that welcomes all 91̽»¨ students back to campus for the Fall 2025 semester!

Hosted by the Division of Student Belonging and Success, VikesFEST is more than just a celebration—it’s an opportunity to connect, engage and help our students feel a deep sense of belonging as they begin or continue their journey at Cleveland State.

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, August 23, from Noon–3 p.m., along Euclid Avenue (from East 18th to East 24th Streets). There will be food trucks, carnival games, acrobatics, inflatables, musical performances and so much more—all designed to create unforgettable memories for our students and their families.

We’re looking for faculty, staff and campus partners to join in on the fun. This is a great way to introduce students and families to the support systems and programs available at and surrounding 91̽»¨â€”and to show off your Viking pride!

How can you get involved with VikesFEST?

1. Host an informational Welcome Table
   There’s no cost to host a table. Whether you're sharing resources, promoting involvement, or just offering a friendly face, you’ll be making a meaningful impact. Complete the form below to reserve your spot (one table per submission). 2. Sponsor a VikesFEST attraction
   Help us make this year's experience amazing by sponsoring any attraction on our list. You can even partner with other departments across the University and sponsor an attraction together! Each sponsorship level includes recognition on printed materials, communications and the attendee survey. 3. Help us spread the word to faculty, staff, students and alumni
   You can be involved with VikesFEST by simply spreading the word to other faculty and staff members and inviting all students to the event.
