A short gravel path leads to “Mario Spagnoli” Hostel in Perugia. The entrance hall is on the ground floor, facing a large one-level car park of tamped earth, for Hostel guests only.The Hostel of Perugia has two floors: a ground and a first floor, connected by 5 short flights of steps provided with handrails. Our guests can enjoy a few large and comfortable rooms, such as the breakfast room, the dining room and the TV lounge. The public conveniences on the ground floor have a 68 cm-wide door. The Hostel offers a restaurant where our guests can ask for personalized meals; our Chef is ready to meet any requirement.Our guests may also enjoy the use of a common independent kitchen, which can be reached through a 20 m gravel and grass path; the last 294 cm have a 7% gradient (with no handrail). The kitchen has also an external toilet, provided with an ante-bathroom, which have a 81 cm and 1m door, respectively; the toilet is 45 cm high and has a small side shower and two grab handles (a tip-up handle on the left and a fixed vertical one on the right). |

The rooms are on the ground and first floor; they all have, apart from seven rooms on the first floor, an outside entrance with a porch and a private bathroom (except for two double rooms on the first floor, which share a common bathroom). The room nr 12 is accessible for the disabled: it is on the ground floor and has two single beds and a bunk bed. The internal private bathroom has a 50 cm high toilet with a small side shower, provided with fixed horizontal grab handles (on the right and the front); the floor-level shower is also provided with handles. Room nr 6 is also accessible for the disabled and is identical to nr 12.
Right behind the Hostel, at the top of a short flight of steps, our guests can enjoy a public park with a playground for children and an outdoor skating-rink. The city’s jogging trail is very near to the Hostel: it consists of a 3 km level path (with only a few short climbing sections: the hardest one has a 6% gradient) in a green area. It also offers a playground for children, a cycle lane, an indoor facility for playing bowls and an outdoor skating-rink. Payments can be made by credit card and also by money order or bank transfer. Italian, English, French, Spanish, German and Russian are spoken. |
