VikingVets Mentorship Program - Mentees

Thank you for considering becoming involved in our Veteran and Military Mentorship program.

Expectations of mentors include:

- To make themselves available to their mentee to share their experience and guidance.

- At a minimum touching base or meeting up with your mentee roughly once every month or two.

- And to expose them to groups or individuals within your network that may help them with their career goals where appropriate.

Expectations of mentees include:

- Being respectful and understanding of their mentor's schedules and time limitations.

- Making yourself available to meet (virtually or in person) with your mentor roughly once every month or two.

- Openly communicating with mentors on a regular basis, while ensuring that you are not excessively communicating to the point it could be considered pestering.
